Hi folks,

What is the warranty on the MapII ecu? I've had one a couple of months but it's just died all of a sudden. The red light that comes on when you put light to it no longer comes on and the car doesn't start.

Can you let me know how I would send it back under warranty? I've PM'd Joe who I bought it through but I don't know how often he comes on here.

Cheers!
Steve

Steve,

We as PHR and MAP ECU NZ have come to an agreement that the warranty for these units is to be 30 days after proof of purchase. Steve as you know we have made an exception for you because of the agreement hadn’t taken affect at the moment and was still in discussion.

We will sort everything out after we have solved what has happened to the unit and get you squared away mate!

Cheers,

Joe

We post it as 30 days for people, but we never fail to help you solve your problems if the unit is indeed faulty and we have both agreed on that conclusion then we will still warranty your unit.

We are always here to help you and not take your money, to insure that your happy with the product and its performance.

Cheers,

Joe
