5 speed conversion

While waiting for my getrag (hurry up Jez!) been offered a 5 speed box which i was considering fitting until a Getrag is available.
Anyone know for sure if the 5 speed is dimensionaly the same as the Getrag? ie uses same propshaft/tunnel/pedalbox etc.

Same tunnel top and pedals, different prop and slave cylinder as the 5 speeds are a pull type clutch, 6 speeds are push type.
