What on earth do i use to remove this type of bolt? I've been starring at it for ages and thought it had as many grooves as a ring ended spanner, but an 8mm i recon. Is that right or is this some special tool i now need?? :(

Halfords sell a set of Torx spanners which should do the job, I bought a set the other day for working on non jap cars.

Multi Hex socket you'll need by the looks at it!
Snap On have got Ace spanners, one that'll undo rounded off, single hex, multi hex, torques, all sorts!
