All booked up and ready to go.........:)
Just a quick one to see who's definately staying the Friday night before Dragonball and as Pete, Steve, Burna, Steve R and co have said, arrange a convoy to 'hook on down with the hip-hop you dont stop':innocent:
So, who's staying there and where the hell is the suggested meeting place? I vote by me so I can show all these pompus Knowle people with their AM DB9's, X5s and Vogues that we have more friends than them! :)

Nice one Greg - well we'll be coming down the M5 onto M42 and down the M40 all the way to the M25 I guess. So how about the first services down the M40? Or how about the services at Junction 2 of the M42? Just thinking of somewhere everyone knows? What does everyone think? I know we've got a little while yet, but doesnt stop me getting excited :ecstatic:

Quick check, the original Dragon Ball thread says "Ashford International Hotel"

Which one have you guys booked?
I don't know of anyone that is stopping in the Ashford International Hotel. I think it's £85 for the night :blink: Where as a few of us are paying £26 for the night at the travel lodge :d
Check the price now as the last room I booked for someone the other week went up to £39 as they had less availability. Maybe Sheefa can let you know what he paid just the other day.
I suggest the Travelodge is the one to go for as you that's where the action is ;)
Greg paid 39 the other day. It goes up depending on the space booked it seems.
I don't think Ashford International Hotel will put up with our antics and boot us off site.
Thought that this thread would have a list of people staying at the Travelodge as it would be interesting to see who's going.

Touch wood, and I so truly mean that, my car will be ready next Friday morning! :) The head is being pressure tested at the moment, but it looks like I had blown a Tubbie Oil seal and my VSOS died too :(
Still, not a lot of time to give her a good clean, fit the stubby aerial, fit the replacement front lip and then get packed and ready to go, but hey - she SHOULD be back!

Just spoke to Rich guys about the convoy down, I've got two options.
My mate doesn't finish work until 12pm, so I either pick him up then direct from work with his stuff blitz it down the M6,M1 and meet you guys at 1:30ish at the services, OR, instead of rushing, I hold fire for a bit and head off about 1pm hooking up with Pete somewhere on the same route at about 2pm.
At the moment I can't make the decision as I don't know if my car's actually going to be ready and OK for the tour. Either way is good though. Might be better to keep Pete company as you deserters are setting off early!
God, what would people of done in the olden days when they had horse and carts? Burna - can you enlighten me as to the answer as I believe this is your generation?
