Hi guys,thinking of getting one of the above the T60 I think it is,does any member have one fitted to an Auto if so are there any isuses with the extra power going through the transmission? Talking of power what do you reckon your car is runing horses & torques,any advice would be great it may help me to decide,thanks guys/gals.

As I understand it, in theory 256/264 would offer a little more low down power but 264/264 would give a little more top end flow.

 

Not alot of difference at all with small turbos like the PHR Stage 1 as they spool so quick anyway.

Thanks Wez, so 264/264 would be more advantagous with this quick spooling turbo?

I have never seen any disadvantages/advantages for either setup and since I have not yet tried them I wouldnt like to say.

 

My reasoning for 264/264 is basically why not :D

 

The HKS graphs show the same duration for inlet/outlet and recent tests done in the US and UK have showed that 264/264 is a good all round setup, some tests even showed increased spool but I should be able to test this myself when they are installed and we map them against my current dyno plots.
