Sorted one headlight problem

Only bought the supra on sunday but one of the headlights was full of condensation. I took both headlights out and dried the watery one out then sealed them both with silicone sealant.

Looks alot better then having a one nasty misty light.

I still have a bit of a problem though. The side/headlight that is closest to the edge of the car wont work. I know the bulbs are ok as I just put new ones in and i know theyre getting power. Shows 11.9 V on my multimeter on the connector but still no light. Anyone know if its possible or easy to get a new plastic twisty bit?? i think mine must be busted.

I did wonder if the switch or fuse was dodgey which is why I did the test with teh voltmeter. The clip/plug which goes into the bulb bracket is definately getting power... just seems odd they would both have a loose wire after that point. Both bulbs are brand new too. :(

I will have to test each wire and see where the break is. Can you get new plasitc bits or would it have to be a whole new headlight? I need an EPC...
