Been doing a fair bit of reading as this is the setup im considering going for soon as im sure im going to fail my MOT this year on my rickety old shocks :( only problem is, im hearing this setup is very very low.....can anyone confirm as im reluctant to shell out if im going to be fouling my bumper everytime I leave my house :( I fancy a drop but not if its going to cause major clearance issues

I have Koni's and Eibach and it is a drop tbh, It is not and issue though I have bump and come down a kirb for my drive and as long as I take it easy there is never an issue, speed bumps you soon learn how to go over them.

Personally as long as you take it easy there is not an issue, unless you're drive has a massive kirb as in more that 4 inch.

if you do drive in london then you have to be extremely cautious with speedbumps. I certainly do have to raise my active spoiler otherwise i end up scrapping it and in the past have ripped if off compeltely as I didnt see the bump.

mind you, the handling of the car is transformed with this setup so its worth the in-convenience in my opinion.

I have a rather sharp incline leading upto my drive, I clear it easily enough now, just catch the exhaust from time to time depending on how I come down it....guess there is only one way to find out, may need to slap a few pieces of timber down if not

I have this combo on mine - with the Stillen bumper and HKS Silent Hi-Power exhaust, I can clear 4" speed humps with only slight scraping of the exhaust.

Hi mate.

Pic attached of Bilsteins and Eibachs. I've got standard bumper and RSR exhaust, can scrape over speed bumps if taken too fast, but generally fine

Yeah im on the same setup. Just have to take a little care with the bumps. Also have to watch dips as i catch my front lip. But overall a nice ride.

you drive with your active spoiler down at all times imi?
I personally leave it on auto (ie. down at 100km/h, up at 6-km/h or so).....

Don't forget though that it isn't just a case of lowering the car. This set-up alters the camber and you'll get excess tyre wear without having it set-up properly.
