Trial Rear owners...help please

Hi,

Recently had a Trial rear fitted by knight racer, since then, the passenger side rear keeps rattling over EVERY bump, and its really annoying. I know its the side of the bumper, under the car bit, because I can rattle it with my hand - does anyone know how to tighten this up?

It REALLY needs brackets fitting to it unless they already are.

Was it modded to clear an angled exit exhaust??

the exhaust is RSR magic, which is angled, im going drager soon which i understand is straigh? is this the problem?

If it has been cut away it can cause weaknesses, although iv never seen one cut.

The brackets are a must though, especially for high leptonage.

There is someone on here makes/supplies the brackets, trying to remember who it is

Psymon but he sold his car i think, Supradibbs knows about the brackets too

Hi mate - as you thought this is probably the exhaust rattling against the bodykit IMHO - but it MUST be properly bracketed on! You can ensure this happens with some ali bracketing - there should be bolt holes where this can be fixed to the car frame etc

If I may suggest - get it up on a ramp and bung a few spacer washers on the exhaustfixing bracket

Mine is a straight through Gredddy and it still needed some on there - about 10mm

Thanks Paul, Thanks guys, It doesnt look like its knocking against the exhaust, it makes the same noise when you shut the passenger door, so when I hold the spat (that area) it doesnt make the rattle -
