Kranz Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 I have these & they're fine with the stock bonnet. Be careful on the first push down to slose the bonnet as the dampers are fully extended and are slightly stiff/sticky, best to compress them and let them extend again before fitting or the extra force to overcome the stiffness can cause a few nasty creaks/groans!! The UK Rich bracket is a better part, much stronger & more reliable. They may be too high pressure for a lightweight bonnet, especially if its more flexible than a stock bonnet.... but its worth giving them a try as they seem to be quite variable.
