Kranz Posted April 22, 2007 Share Posted April 22, 2007 While its out the waste gate 'hole' can be opened up a bit. My JPS hybrids have a 'hole' size of 24mm ID and a valve head size of 33mm OD. I don't know if this is standard for J spec??? I guess you'd need to leave 3mm either side, so a 27mm ID hole may be ok... possibly even 28mm, but as the valve head is floating it isn't exactly central on the hole it needs to be a good overlap.
