New PM - Popup?

I have the "Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up" enabled and have had since I joined, the PM notification box used to work OK but just recently it's stopped.

No pop-up in IE or Firefox, at work or at home - no settings changed on my part, pop-up blockers configured to allow them for this site.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

It breaks whenever the chat box does an automatic refresh. :(

It just worked :)

I've updated the chat with a version that does ajax refreshes instead of page reloads so hopefully the PM popups will work again now.
