Suspension Setup

I definately need to get my suspensions setup looked at, the car does not feel right at all at the moment, I also need to get it raised up a little but don't have any C-Spanners either. It's running on JIC FLT Coilovers at the moment with quite a large drop, keep grounding out!

Can anyone recomend anywhere in Hampshire, close to the Portsmouth area preferably, that will be able to cope with setting up my Aristo correctly?

Cheers guys :D

Not sure if they do anything apart from standard servicing so I'll be suprised if they do have facilities to do suspension geometry and alignment and all that.

I'll give them a call though as I have their number and hadn't actually thought about them.

Edit: Just called them - they're closed to the 23rd, was hoping to get it done over the weekend. If nothing else crops up then I will have to give them a call back on Monday to see if they can help.

if u can be Bothered the trip up to watford for phoenix is worth it, they set my JIC's up perfectly, just right height/stiffness. (they used the trd height settings)

and v reasonably priced too,

I would maybe be interested in getting that done as I have just bought the car and it has HKS fully adjustable suspension and have no idea if, or what has been done to set it up...

do you know what kind of price this costs?

Thanks Carl

  • 2 weeks later...

Not done this yet but not driven the Aristo much of late.

Any other suggestions, maybe a little closer to hand than Watford, for getting my suspension set up properly for fast road use?

Any guidance on price would also be cool.

Cheers guys.
