As a short term measure do the bulbs offered by powerbulbs really make a difference? As in the extract from a previous post below. I personnally will only get the dipped and the sides as I don't really use full beam, except to be nice and let people out of side turnings I have recently bought some Bulbs off Power bulbs and mentioned the club and discounts.
