WHAT SHALL I DO?

  1. 1. WHAT SHALL I DO?

    • Buy full catback system, rip splitter off, fit exhaust and see if the splitter fits on afterwards?
      3
    • still find a backbox from somewhere, which has a big enough inlet, and isnt monkey metal?
      4
    • give up and never drive the car?
      2
    • steal an exhaust from someone?

Im in a pickle.

cars booked in turbofit for custom exhaust, but they dont do backboxes. i bought a backbox which came yesterday, and its pants.

Now im considering buying a complete off the shelf catback exhaust, and getting it chopped up to fit.

it has to be slender, with a small can.

i have taken some pics, and looks like a 12-13cm gap, but thats at the top of the hangers.

the carbon can be trimmed a bit, but not sure about the metal section above

I will add that I had the centre box cut out and replaced with a straight bit of 90mm pipe, not that this will have any effect with your rear bumper but I thought I'd point it out.

Anyway here is a pic directly from the rear. I hope this helps if not give me a shout and I'll try and take some pics in some better light.
