ebay problem..

hey all i won a supra walbro fuel pump on ebay
i have messaged the company 3 times now with not one response, i paid via pay pal can i still get my money back?

i got theses details on order details in ebay:

USPS Global Priority Mail

Tracking # LC213214040US
Shipping label printed Mar-23-07

can i check up on the item through that?

as its from america i would expect to wait a couple of weeks but bought a item of similar size from another company and it was here about 9 days ago.

any advice apreciated.

i know that i dont get my emails from ebay as its an old addy and i cant change it without a credit card which i dont have, but i do get messages and i told them that wheen i messaged them the last 2 times.

Aren't eBay emails copied to your "My Messages" folder in the "My eBay" bit? Maybe you can see them there even if you can't receive the actual emails?
