Be Careful. Im sure the S was rated very poorly hence Toyo changed the compound and brought out the T1 R. Just a heads up! Be worth doing a quick bit of research online before buying

have to dispute that mate i ran 265's on the back of mine (they came off when i changed wheels) and the well known brand

275's i have on now are to be honest crap in comparison, T1S is an excellent all round tyre

holy monkey  :faint:

would 295/35s fit well on a set of 9.5x 18" rear wheels £75, cant grumble at that

no you are outside what the wheel width could handle http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk/tyrecalc.asp

i am sure someone will have "stretched" them on, dont forget bigger is not allways better, wet weather performance will suffer and you will need to roll archs as well

not to sure of how to use that and i thought it would of been squeezed on rather than stretched these tyres are wider than the one Ive got on now, didn't think the 20mm would make that much difference

cheers anyway.

just bought 2 fat 295/35/18 for £150 delivered.

i have t1-r fresh on now, but i can store these 2 away

wish i had the cash to do that and what size wheels are you using ?

Just bought some 295/35/18's also;)

What a great buy, i must say my car when i first imported it had 295/35/18's on the rear, but when i needed to change them last year i put on michelin pilot sports 255/35/18's, it will be really nice to put the car back to how it was again, cheers for the find:)

:)

so what size do i need to put on the rear max, 9.5x18 ?

Check out the link in post #7.

Nice find Paul, just ordered 295/35 18s. Don't need 'em for for another few months but couldn't leave them alone at that price.

Some websites are still listing them at up to £200 each!;)

Right. First of all I would like to apologise for being a twat.

Now that's out of the way - the easiest way to get the tyre size required is to get it off the side of my current tyres right?

I think my current ones are 255/45/17s - will check

However, on the site for an imported Supra with 17's it suggests 225/45/17s? Is this just for the standard Supra wheels as I have aftermarket alloys?

Don't want to order 2 chunks of useless rubber.
