The offsets are far from ideal, they'll stick out into the wheel arch.

I have a set of 18x10 with +48 offset on the rear and even these rub the arch when the suspension is compressed.

Do you know the tyre size you're planning on fitting?

was thinking fronts 235/35/18 rear 255/35/18

would really like to go 245/35/18 275/35/18 but think they may rub

To be honest, it's gonna be hard to tell but i'd go for quite a narrow tyre to fit those wheels given the offsets.

will more than likely need to have the arches modified as well i would imagine.

Modified ahh fook:(

looks like an ebay job

when i say modified you'll quite possibly just need some rolling or shaving done.

at worst, it's an excuse to buy yourself some veilside overfenders :D

will i need paint as well as rolling?

rolling can be tricky i believe as it may crack the paint.

shaving is much better as it merely trims away the inside of the arch but you can't shave too much away.

in short, if it works no you won't need paint.

trouble is you'll only tell once the wheels are fitted and on the car.
