Any idea where this belong?

I was cleaning my engine bay today and found this tucked under a couple of the thin pipes above the turbos, it was unfitted just tucked in there, looks like it had been taken off of something and not put back... so any idea where it should live? Thanks :) (Thats a number '7' on each of the clips)

Those are the clips that hold the wires that go to your spark plugs, lift off your spark plug cover and you will see what I mean. ;)

Just been out to try and get the cover off, I dont even have the right tools for the job, the one screw (front right) is a pita to get at and my allen keys are too small to get any leverage!

BAH! Im not even gonna bother .. leave it until the next service me thinks and get the plebs to do it :)

I'm not so sure it is that. Yeah those clips are the same but mine click onto the coil pack cradles and dont have the little bracket that's attached in your pic.
