supra steveo Posted April 4, 2007 Share Posted April 4, 2007 but in the process ive wrecked the thick gaskit between the exhaust and the cat and ive snapped a nut section off the plate that hold the exhaust together BOLLOX!!!!! saying that the plate was pritty rotten so i am glad that it went while i was mucking about with it and not on the autobahn doing daft speeds what do i do about this though its a bit thicker than paper? supra steveo Posted April 4, 2007 Author Share Posted April 4, 2007 I believe I can help with the gasket.ohh really, how? do you have loads kicking about the place Easy isnt it? what did you use in the end? yes very easy didnt take long at all and would of even been faster if i hadnt of 1) snapped the little guard between the cat and the middle pipe 2) torn the gaskit in half i used autosol metal polish and it was about 3 euros or something dead cheap then i got 2 of those mop things they were 3 euros each and a mounting for the mop to attach to a drill and that to was 3 euros i was driving round town with no exhaust on it sounded like a big BHP supra something off that texas meet DVD was embaressed at first but when you got up to 5k it sounded evil Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
