Please Post what days are good for you. Its a long weekend too.

I might be game for the convoy or could meet halfway down the weston road eg the seat garage? or whatever:)
i think Sunday looks like the favourite day. Shall we say 2pm sun then at Morissons, for those who want to start there then maybe another stop enroute to collect any others??
Not sure we will be passing the Seat garage tho, prob go, weston, Banwell, Winscombe, Cheddar way, or Weston, Bridgwater road, A38, Cheddar way??

a couple a daft question's is this open to any & all members from here?

i know it seems daft but ive never been or joined any type of these clubs before so am not sure what goes on really & i dont know anybody else with a supra so i thought this would be the best place to start

- Yep open to any member and there friends or who ever wants to join us. More the better.

This is a first for me joining a club etc and having meets but its all good fun and gives us an excuse to take the cars out and show them off :D

guys if y'all want to stop in on the way to wsm if your unsure where morrisons is & want to do a convoy, then why dont you stop by mine i will make sure that the kettles on as i live just 30 seconds from the A370 bypass.... just an idea?

A370? sorry no idea of road names! is that the main dual carrigeway out of bristol? or is that on the weston side? If its the one leading out of bristol towards backwell etc then sure will meet up en route.

so Phil is the one thats just up the road & yes i bought mine from awesome imports down in Hallen industrial estate really good bunch a lads i thought no pressure on the sale very helpful they have gave me a 90 day warranty on car... so ive had a new battery from them & they have sorted my sticky/jammed brake caliper out for free & fast as well :) yes its an auto have you been stalking me or sumit dude? lol
well if you want to meet at mine man & then we could get your mate from Bris & head out on the A38 to avoid the mad rush along the A370 & M5?

lol thats ok then i was just joking with you dude :sly: yeh like said they seem like a good bunch a lads & know what there doing, he had 2 of em in stock the i own :) & a L reg but that thing screamed boy racer to me as it had HKS induction kit fitted & other mods to engine bay, a pressure timer sticking out from the dash board on a 45 degree angle, a NEON inside above the interior mirror & gaffer tape stuck on the roof?, just veil side rear spoiler & standard kit, nice rims i thought 17" i think & the whole exhaust system had been bored out to a stupid size...
right so we gotta be down in WSM morrisons area by 2pm? so what time y'all going to meet at mine then,if you want coffee then best get here early of if you just wanna beep & roll then thats fine with me also :)

I wont be there but I have told my three nephews, who live not far from the gorge, to keep an eye out for you.
If there Mum lets them out, they will probably have cameras and stuff with them. I could end up with a few extra shots for you.

Just got in and have to say today was amzing! great weather, great drive and nice people. Really couldnt of been better for me.

However!! The meet has now caused a problem! After seeing Jay's carbon TRD spoiler and sorry clare i think it was? (the red supra) with no spoiler i know dont know which to go for! as both looked very cool and i feel like a change on my car :search:
Any recomendations would be handy:)
Oh and Paul, will clear front indicators fit straight on then?
Before today i was getting a tiny bit bored of the supe and looking for a new car but after today it really did convince me that i want to stay with it.

Sorry I peeled of after the pub deep in darkest Somerset somewhere (still no idea where the hell that was), but had a great day driving around and meeting new people. :)
Shame Cheddar was so busy, but it was still great driving slowly through the gorge with everyone staring at a great long chain of fine Jap machinery. :D
Phil - The TRD spoilers also in GRP with a Carbon centre blade. I think that it would look great on a white car. You'd need to get the GRP sides sprayed. I couldn't be arsed with mine, so went full carbon. I think it works OK with the dark green.
I think the front indicators need a wiring loom, but I think they just screw in ok.
Oh, and you've only just got it, so don't get rid yet!! :blink:

wtf... i went to toilet & heard everybody roar outta the boat house's car park lol i went around town a few times & in KFC & mucky D's but i never saw anybody so i went home instead :p

Yeah it you got it right with the red supra being claire (my mrs) The supra does look very nice without a spoiler. If you go for that option on your white one you will have to let me have a look as ive often thought about it for mine. And how can you ever get bored with the supra its only limited to your wallet. Or in my case credit card

It does seem to be fast for an n/a i think it may have had some engine mods before i owned it but i dont know what. I cant say its all down to claire as she will get a big head. LOL. and ive got to live with her.

The spoiler is heavy perhaps that its secret in the speed. I did hear once of martin (former Mkiv store) taking all the interior and things off a n/a and making it a complete shell which made it as fast as a TT apparently.
It could be!! Im getting more and more tempted to fcuk off out and take it off now!!
Makes the car more individual too i reckon

Just weighed the stock spoiler as it's in my bedroom. 8lbs, so about 3.5-4kg. Not very heavy, as it's hollow

well last night after having an average speed of 90 leptons and finding 120leptons not fast enough to keep up i was on a bit of an adrenaline rush so couldnt think.
I woke up this morning with a clearer head and decided the exterior needed a change, and that to claire and jims supra i new what it was:)

A night meet would be cool - just don't turn up if you are afraid of the dark! It is really dark there up the gorge but tis nice and peaceful - until we arrive.
