Hi Folks

Quick question. Im going to buy some touch up paint for a couple of annoying stone chips on my car ... did Toyota just make the one solid black colour ? Is there a name for it ?

Is it the same as they used on Lexus?

Thanks

Rory.

The vin plate on my black j-spec na states the colour to be 202 which I think might be the only black the supe comes in, dont know if it has a specific name. Dont take my word for it tho. There are some charts on here I think, if not try searching the net. I found 1 on here or the the net and im sure there was only the 1 black.

Yeh M4RK RZ and samcoombes beat me to it.

Do Hlafords do a pencil or touch up pen/brush? I went in a few times now and could never find it under the Toyota section and wondered if it's listed as something else?

I'm going to have a go at rubbing down and repriming and painting my sideskirts and touch up the front wings sometime before the Dragonball. :)

Saw a can of Astral black 202 in Halfords a week or so ago. You can buy a pretty decent touch up paint from Mr T though. The cap has a dinky little wire brush for cleaning up any surface oxidation and you apply the paint with what is like an old tip ex brush. Had to order it in but it cost more in petrol to pick up than Mr T charged me for it which makes a change.:)
