Help Air Vent Fitting

I haven't changed the vent, but I had to take an Alpine sat nav out. I had to remove the top glovebox, you can get access to the vents from there, hopefully that should be enough to change it.. I can't remember if you remove the bottom glovebox to get the top one undone or vice-versa. It was just a few nuts/bolts holding them in. Some are underneath so a bit of neck dis-location is required to see them.;)
