To roll or not to roll

Just had new rear tyres fitted Kuhmo 275x30ZR19 - nice looking but they rub the arches over bumps or cornering. My old tyres (Falken) didn't rub but they are not made anymore.

So should I have the arches rolled for clearence which will mean the rear quaters would have to be sprayed.

Or, should i have them ground down and sprayed.

Or, should I get smaller tyres 265's which means I'd be left with a new pair of 275's

Or, can the springs be stiffened?

Advice please.

As there is a bit of corrosion on the wheel arch lip I decided that they should be treated. So I rolled the lip myself using a rubber hammer, worked fine, they don't rub anymore and its booked in for the arches to be treated and resprayed next week.
