Ill be selling my car quite soon :(, as I need to get the cash togeather for a house :).

She needs a new do luck front bumper as its motheaten and tatty, and a new drivers window motor as it recently broke.

The question is do I drop the price by the cost of the new bumper + window motor + a bit for the inconveniance, or go ahead and get them done (which I havent the patience for).:(

Ill post up a for sale article once Ive got an idea as which route ill take.

What do you rekon?

Personally, I would get the items done first as the old adage of "first impressions last" really does ring true here.

Bear in mind that if you havent got the patience to get the things sorted, then maybe the viewer might not either and will move along to a car that will cost more but not have issues to address.

They (or i would) will just think you have cared for the rest of the car in the same way while you have owned it.

Just because its time to move on, bite the bullet, get it all sorted, and sell it properly mate as a well kept car that i'm sure it is.

just my 2p
