Found these on ebay........

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NGK-IRIDIUM-IX-SPARK-PLUG-BKR6EIX-6418_W0QQitemZ250010109600QQcategoryZ9886QQcmdZViewItem

The information in the F.A.Q for on the forum here says that BKR6EIX-11 (3764) is the correct fitment. The number on these ones is simmilar but not the same BKR6EIX : 6418

What does the four digits at the end mean?

Basically that NGK code means they are the same but don't come with a 1.1mm gap (that's what the 11 designates). I would hazzard a guess at them having a smaller gap around 0.8mm - they cannot be gapped manually because they are irridium and you will damage the center electrode.

They are heat range 6 which means fine for a standard TT... if you're upping the boost then you should be looking at heat range 7.

I always recommend BKR7E gapped at 0.9mm for a BPU application on a TT. These do the job just fine, are copper based so cost much less than irridiums and should be swapped out every other service. Cost around £10 a set of 6.

Cheers,

Brian.
