I'm not sure I agree mate, but even if it is its hardly a bad thing. I like the saloon version of the scoobie on that site but just think the hatchback doesn't look right

Whats the point in this then??? Surely you buy a scooby if you need space in the boot and take a few passengers???

WTF!

The Classic was great, loved the looks (P1 mostly) and superb package

The bugeye - great car - looked stupid

The blobeye - greater car, getting lardy, but looked better than the bugeye

The new blobeye - hmmm... more lardy, starting to mould into "generic modern mass produced car" look

Next gen - Its a Ford/Gm/Toyota/Nissan/Honda cross breed, same as the next gen cars as the aforementioned car producers.

Is it just me or will all next gen 4 door cars look exactly the same? :blink:

I saw this about 2 months ago on the cover of Autocar (IIRC), it was next to the EvoX prototype; which looked a million times better!!! There are quite a lot of pics there so I'm guessing that's what it's going to be, shame.

Maybe they'll keep the noise at least - could be the fastest best sounding hatchback on the planet! (best of the bad crowd at least).

Never noticed until you posted those pics... does look like mitsi has used the Rs styling as an influence.
