Ok my Super Streets are getting fitted as we speak.

I have HKS hypermax Coilovers that came with the car, with top mounts. I didnt realise this.

When i ordered the SS from Envy i didnt order with Top mounts as i thought the car had original stuff on.

Will the HKS mounts work with the Super Streets??

Thanks for your help.

How do they feel m8?

What was wrong with the HKS? I thought the tein where of lesser quality...or is that just pub talk;)

I believe he changed them because one of the HKS was shagged.

Basically his options were to buy a new set of HKS or a new set of Tein with the HKS being a fair bit pricier.

Yup Ian got it in one.

My back right shock(HKS) was gubbed, so i got a new setup from ENVY, without top mounts, i used the ones from the HKS setup and they do fit.

They feel great compaired to the HKS stuff, dunno if the HKS stuff was to hard for these roads, but the Tein stuff feels so good. Makes the car feel like new. Highly recommended.

Brakes got fitted today also, car just feels so much better. TRD spoiler gets done this wknd, then i need to save pennies for new wheels. So mine will be up for grabs soon. :D

what set up you gone for matey, Mines are set to mid softness , wondered as Im going to lower the car abit more ideally would I need to make the springs harder to stop playing as usual, if it does it in high speed with the car lowered Im thinking I ll be smashing the bumpers all the time!!! :search:

Correct me if Im wrong please, as Im gonna shave the arches tomorrow and then lower the car, just want to know if I need to touch the softness too?

Iv gone for 8 clicks mate on the setup, im sure thats soft/going on hard. The setup for me is great as it handles so much better, and for road use its amazing.

I see from your garage that your on 18's. You will prob need to trim off the edges of your arches or you will prob get rubbing if you lower it too much. Remember hard is not always the best option, try and play with the settings and see how well it handles. Takes a bit of time but worth it, as you can take the car to the max round corners.

Im only running on 17's at the mo, and the gap from my arch to the tip of my wheel is about an inch and a bit. But when i go over bumps it tucks under my arch without rubbing due to the wide of the wheels.
