IC Pipe Problem

Hi Jarrett

I have a problem with the hard pipe you supplied to fit the GT35R to HKS Type R IC, as it is fouling some of the steering components. I suspect it may be because it has been designed to fit a LHD Supra and isn't compatible with a RHD, Do you have a RHD version available?

I had the same problem with a Stage one kit... To save time I cut it and modified it....

Thanks Rich, was it difficult to do? I've not been down to see my car yet just told it was not fitting, so not sure how easily it will modify.

i assume they can tig/weld aluminium, if they can no prob.

i now have a stainless steel drop down pipe :cool: :eyebrows:

I cut the pipe where it goes through the plastic under the chassis leg... I then had the ends welded so i had the lips (So that the hoses wont silp off) and i joined both pipes with a silicon hose.... With all the bumpers etc back on you cant notice it...

In the end it was a good job.... Will save loads of time trying to get another to fit correctly...
