Here are some pics to show i have been busy since picking my car up yesterday, got my Pioneer DVD player installed with some new front and rear speakers,

Firstly front speakers are 10cm Infinity Kappa cunningly covered with 17cm grills and they look real good,

Second are the rears went for infinty kappa 17cm components, fitted the tweeter on the grill facing forward, sounds really nice

And the dvd player, im suprised how much room there was once the dash panel is off, as there is a serious amount of wiring there to put behind

Best route I have found on the Supras I have worked on, is through the grommit in the passenger footwell, start from in side the car, and locate the yellow grommit, its in the passenger footwell, above and to the right of the ECU covers, now its not easy to get to but keep it. Push the cable through the grommit (make need to make the whole bigger first) then the cable will come out in the front wing, remove the charcoal canister under the bonnet as this will make it easier to work. Just by where the charcoal canister used to sit is a whole in the engine bay which goes through to the wing, the cable should be coming up into that space. Easy way to do it is using a straightened coat hanger and tape the cable to the coat hanger so you can pull it through and angle it to.
My advice is to use a good thick cable even if you are only running a small power system, because if you ever upgrade or want more power this will save you re-running a new thicker cable :)
