i have never seen a fuel cut switch on a supra ? unless someone can prove me wrong it does't have one:sly:

 

you might of damaged the oil cooler which is part of the radiator, have you checked for leaks/ oil level in transmission.

Looks from the EPC like there may be a fuel pump control computer near the rear l/h wing or 'c' pillar somewhere. Maybe worth checking?

 

Edit - just realised it can't be fuel cut if you can start it but just not move in drive...
