Guest AdamR@SJC
Hi all I'm trying to get one of these to work in a friends Supra TT man. It appears to be working, apart from actually cutting the ignition. It flashes red at the correct RPM setting on the red dial, but it just doesnt cut the ignition. Does anyone have one of these fitted, and even better does anyone have the exact pin configuration they used? many thanks
Getrag
Just wondering what the point of these are?
Guest AdamR@SJC
dont know about supra's, but most cars cut fuel when you hit the rev limiter causing detonation. The bee-r will cut ignition. A side-effect is that unburnt fuel gets dumped into your exhaust, which if hot enough will send a nice explosion out the back of your car. If you have aweak point in your exhaust system it will soon become evident though
bondango
Its main function is a 2 step limiter to help build boost of the start line.
