View Full Version : Spark plug torque. 13 ft/lbs?
the mkiv.com article says 13ft/lbs. My torque wrench doesn't even go that low - it starts off at 22.5.
Is 13ft/lbs correct then?
I've done it now.
It does go down to 13ft/lbs, it's just that the scale only starts off at 22.5, so I had to guess where the marking would be a little bit.
13ft/lbs feels plenty tight enough, and I'd hate to round off the threads in there :eek:
