Anyone know of printing issues within IE7?

Personally I use Firefox but my other half is sticking with IE. As such she has asked for help with a printing issue.

When on secure site such as her bank or Paypal she cannot print account summarys etc. She selects the printable version but nothing happens when using the print icon. We've has to display the file menu bar as selecting File - Print works!

Any ideas why? She said it worked from the icon previously.

Probably your default printer fella. Hitting the icon will send the print to the deafult printer, this may have changed. Other than that......another IE7 problem. I have come across another problem when printing HTML emails in outlook.

yeh IE7 has f'd up printing. MS have even owned up to the fault. we had to downgrade all the PC's at work back to IE6 because its causing so many probs.

I use Fineprint - a VERY handy tool for formatting printing... you can split between pages, combine pages, print multiple pages per physical page, and heaps more. It is basically a print preview where you can edit how you want it to print out.
