Guest DEREHAM SUPRA
for you guys with the maual supra, to get the starter motor out onto the floor, unfortunatly you have to take the fuel filter and filter guard off, as it will not pass the clutch linkage, then it still takes a lot of fiddling about. Found all this out today, but the starters repaired and back in and working a treat. Really lucky got both the top and bottom bolts back in first time, only took about ten minutes to put it back. Wouldn`t recommend how i did it though, laying on your back with the car on axle stands, would find someone with a lift or a pit.
