Clunk under hard steering (unload/load)

I have started to get a clunk noise from the front of the car. It's only on the driver's side and only when steering to the right followed by a hard left (eg driving round then coming off a roundabout).

Had it up on ramps this morning and there's nothing visible. We are thinking it may be the lower arm bushes which seem to have a bit of play and are quite flush with the cross member (I think this is correct). We think that this may be moving too much and making a bang/clunk.

Car drives absolutely true, nothing over bumps etc, no tramlining and it's only when being aggressive going from right to left. Does not do from left to right.

Could it be these bushes and can they be replaced singly or do I need the entire lower arms?

cheers
