Photographs of my project-by-project re-build including many upgrades, and encouraging an 'unopened' N/A engine to go faster on less fuel, including AEM ECU controlled Hydrogen generator and water/methanol injection.

Number 6 was the worst.

Unorthodox Racing adjustable gears on stock cams, inlet @ + 1o exhaust @ -3o.

The re-modelled guard covers the cam belt but leaves gears exposed for easy access and bling.

Well I hadn't planned to, but then a full set of OEM skirts and spats came along at the right price, and almost the right colour.

Now i'm not sure what to do?

Nology leads fit tidily around the 4Runner distributer cap, which makes room for the 10mm neoprene insulation on inlet plenum.

Beneath is the Meziere electric water pump and a new & shiny 200

A standard difficult to get at Supra oil filter, next to an easy to service, Fram PH 4854.

This conversion improves oil flow, gives better filtration, extra cooling and increases the oil capacity by around 1 litre.

Lots of grinding to do here!
It was minus 7oC when I first fitted the manifold, and far too cold to consider

Four hours of grinding with a rotary file and finished off with a rotary grinding stone.
The ports now match perfectly with the head and gasket.
This port matching made a noticable increase in both

Exhaust manifold flange gasket matched.

That will let a few more horses out :)

When new, this manifold had a twisted face and required planing by 4mm and als

Master cylinder brace.
I simply cut the head off of a bolt, ground a taper on the end to match the dimple in master cylinder and drilled a hole in the TRD strut brace.

Dash left, with Smiths clock, (hands painted fluoro red to match OEM gauges, engine start button (now changed for Honda S2000 button) and seat heater switches for rear fog light, Angel Eyes, water/meth and HHO functions.

Redesigned dash painted satin black, with UK quarter panel for retrofit adjusting headlamps, folding mirrors and fog-light switch integration.

This also directs the cold air onto the inlet manifold and helps keep induction temp cool.

Taper reamed throttle body, gas flowed air connector assembly with relocated AEM AIT sensor.

Insulation between rocker covers and induction, and a gas flowed air intake chamber with an AEM MAP sensor.

The Torsen diff that I needed to get up the street, was rebuilt and ready to go in on the first day that it began to snow, snow, then snow some more, and then snow some more again. :(

The centre is from a Celica with the airbag removed and finished off with a TRD horn badge

These made a massive improvement to the braking.

This is THE first upgrade for any Supra!
